Five-Step Framework for a Client-Centered Practice: Attendees will learn a comprehensive five-step framework tailored explicitly for developing a client-centered practice. This framework will provide participants with practical guidance on how to align legal services with the needs and preferences of their clients, resulting in improved client experiences and greater success in legal practice.

Participants will gain a clear understanding of what design thinking entails and what it does not involve in the context of the legal profession. They will explore the core principles and methods of design thinking, including empathy, ideation, prototyping, testing, and iteration, and how these principles can be adapted to the legal field.

This course will equip lawyers and legal professionals with practical tips and strategies for implementing design thinking in their practice.
