Arbitrate a dispute or go to trial? And what is the difference between arbitration and mediation? Mr. O'Donnell is a veteran trial attorney, and he will go over the basics of arbitrating a dispute in this exciting and informative course. Mr. O'Donnell will discuss the different types of Alternative Dispute Resolution and the factors that go into a successful arbitration.
