This course provides an in-depth guide to the ethical rules governing legal professionals. Lawyers must abide by ethical codes of conduct to maintain the credibility and integrity of the profession.

This course will provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the various types of professional misconduct, guidelines for maintaining professionalism in the courtroom, the role of mental health in professionalism, and special responsibilities of a prosecutor to avoid any potential misconduct. Participants will also gain an understanding of the procedures that occur following instances of misconduct, including guidelines for reporting misconduct and disciplinary measures.

This course is designed for those working within the legal profession who seek to deepen their understanding of professional ethics.
