To remain relevant in the practice of law, it is essential for any attorney to understand what Generative Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) is and how this new technology fits into legal practice. This cutting–edge program will discuss the basics of Generative AI including: neural networks, Generative Adversarial Network (GAN), deep and reinforcement learning; the legal and ethical implications of using Generative AI on copyright infringement, bias, misinformation, and privacy concerns; standards and best practices for mitigating risk and encouraging responsible and sustainable AI development; and, how Generative AI can be applied to legal practice.

Attorneys from all levels of experience and practice area backgrounds are highly encouraged to attend this program and learn how Generative AI is impacting the legal service industry.
