The Ethics of Delegation Dynamics in a Legal Environment

While an attorney may have mastered the substantive aspect of their practice area, they may not have yet developed the skills to run an effective and ethical practice. This program focuses on effective delegation techniques while remaining within the bounds of the Model Rules of Professional Responsibility. Lawyers and staff at all levels will benefit from the strategies explored in this program.

Learning how to delegate effectively will allow attorneys to leverage their own talents and improve workplace outcomes. Attorneys will also learn how to avoid violating the rules of professional conduct in this arena, with a focus on MRPC 5.1 and 5.3. Veteran attorney and seasoned speaker Cynthia Sharp, Esq. will share special tips for micromanagers, procrastinators, and their victims.
