Estate Planning, especially International Estate Planning, can be complex. This course delves into International Estate Planning and its nuances. Ms. Stillman covers how to plan for clients with assets and/or citizenship other than in the US, recognizing the nuances in different legal systems, and how treaties and estate planning work in tandem. Attendees will learn about the different factors that must be considered when estate planning internationally.
