About The Lecturer

Mrs. Minor graduated from law school receiving a juris doctor. During her law studies, she opted in a concentration in litigation focusing in trial practice and participated in competitions to craft her trial skills. After graduation, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney for the 5th Judicial District Attorney’s office. Here, she developed and gained exceptional trial skills and experience as she was practically in court arguing a motion or case on a daily basis.

Mrs. Minor ran a successful private practice where she vigorously represented injured victims in trucking and auto collisions. In this time, Mrs. Minor was a proud member of The Association of Plaintiff Interstate Trucking Lawyers of America (APITLA) – focusing on providing excellent and broad legal representation to injured victims across the country. 

In her practice as a criminal defense attorney, she primarily handles tough criminal cases. She represents clients charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses. In both private practice and her previous experience as an Assistant District Attorney & criminal defense attorney, she has extensive experience in nearly all areas of criminal law including but not limited to Juvenile public prosecution & defense; Adult misdemeanor and felony defenses and more specifically driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, domestic violence, burglary, drug offenses and traffic offenses. Additionally, she has exceptional trial and motion practice experience in the area of criminal law both as a prosecutor and as a defense attorney.
