About The Lecturer
Richard H. Levin graduated from the UCLA School of Law, and also earned a master’s degree in anthropology at Boston University (his thesis was on non-judicial dispute resolution). Mr Levin, Esq. has been an arbitrator and mediator for many years; in those capacities has handled cases involving employment, commercial agreements, telecommunications, technology, real property, rent stabilization, construction, intellectual property and attorney’s fees issues, among others.
In his forty years of law practice, Mr. Levin, Esq. has had extensive experience in court and administrative agency litigation, with more than twenty reported cases; moreover, he has a depth of experience in the drafting of various types of commercial agreements. He has taught administrative agency law courses as an adjunct law school professor and continuing legal education courses in several areas.
