About The Lecturer
Elizabeth (Liz) Vaysman is an in-house attorney with ConceiveAbilities, counseling the agency staff and its clients on the complex nature of surrogacy and egg donation for US and international matters. Liz is a cross functional attorney, with extensive experience in unique legal issues of assisted reproduction, adoption, and healthcare law, and professional experience in supporting sales and operations structures to advance modern family building. Prior to joining ConceiveAbilities, Liz worked in private practice, navigating hundreds of clients through assisted reproduction, adoption, and family law matters, and previously served as in-house counsel for a national adoption agency. Liz earned her law degree from American University in Washington, D.C. and a degree in Finance from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Liz is licensed in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania and is a former Fellow of the Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys. Active in her community in Philadelphia, Liz serves as a volunteer attorney for foster youth with the Support Center for Child Advocates and as a Board Member for the Legal Clinic for the Disabled.
