About The Lecturer
Stephen tries patent cases in federal district courts and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). He also represents clients in appeals at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and Supreme Court. His experience includes litigating patent disputes involving biologics (including BPCIA litigation), chromatography, medical devices, semiconductor memory devices, and internet-of-things technology.
Stephen clerked for Judge Paul G. Feinman at the New York State Court of Appeals. Stephen received his J.D. magna cum laude from St. John’s University School of Law and his Bachelor of Engineering summa cum laude from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
