Gillian Kotlen Esq. has significant experience representing clients purchasing and selling properties across the United States, including industrial facilities, shopping centers, multifamily rentals, hotels and self-storage facilities and managing closings for those transactions. Her expertise also includes real estate finance matters: representing borrowers and lenders in a wide array of commercial real estate transactions. As counsel, she performs due diligence review and analysis for clients including title and survey review, regularly negotiates various transaction agreements, and manages transactions through closing.
