About The Lecturer
Elizabeth is a Partner at Fox Rothschild in New York. She represents New York City developers, property owners, purchasers, architects, and nonprofits in all aspects of land use and zoning.
She handles matters before the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, City Planning Commission, Landmarks Preservation Commission, and Department of Buildings. Elizabeth reviews and analyzes development potential and zoning requirements for commercial, community facility, industrial, residential, and mixed-use developments. Additionally, she drafts and negotiates zoning lot development and easement agreements.
Elizabeth also represents companies in permitting applications for electric vehicle charging stations before planning and zoning boards in various municipalities in New York. She has built a network of attorneys in several offices at the firm who assist with electric vehicle charging stations permitting work in other jurisdictions in the northeastern United States and beyond.
Prior to joining Fox, Elizabeth was an attorney at a national law firm. Before that, she worked on land use and zoning matters as an associate at two other New York-based law firms.
During law school, Elizabeth was a legal intern at the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic and the Sierra Club, an environmental activism organization. She also served as a legal intern at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.
