About The Lecturer
Stu Milch, a Senior Attorney in the Dallas office of Cooper & Scully, P.C., has focused his practice on appeals and critical motions for more than 20 years. In that time, he has briefed and argued over 100 appeals to state and federal courts nationwide. He has briefed and argued topics ranging from professional liability to commercial and business litigation to contract disputes.
Stu received his J.D. from New York Law School and a B.A. in political science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, New York. He is admitted to practice in New York, Texas, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Second, Third, Fifth, and Eighth Circuits, and several federal district courts in New York and Texas.
