Kyle Barella serves as the Managing Attorney for Barella Global's offices in Brussels and London. He is an experienced U.S. immigration lawyer concentrating on admissibility issues, investor visas, business expansion visas, and family sponsorship matters. As a citizen of Chile, the United States, and Belgium, he brings a unique perspective to his international practice.
Kyle assists entrepreneurs and foreign enterprises with U.S. market entry through various visa categories. He also represents multinational companies in their permanent residency sponsorship for managers and executives, as well as individuals with extraordinary abilities seeking green cards.
Beyond business, Kyle represents clients seeking entry into the United States who face underlying admissibility challenges or require waivers of inadmissibility due to issues such as criminal convictions, misrepresentation, and immigration violations. Additionally, he helps U.S. citizens residing abroad expedite their spousal sponsorship petitions by filing directly through local U.S. consular posts, significantly reducing processing times.
Kyle has shared his expertise with the legal community as a faculty member for the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) Annual Conference and several AILA Rome District Chapter conferences.
