About The Lecturer
Molly Hough is the Founder and CEO of JurisConsult Institute and Legal Counsel at Prime Therapeutics. She is on a mission to teach as many women as she can how to build a book of business because women have traditionally been excluded from law firm structures for long enough. A lack of training and development should not be a barrier for women succeeding in this profession. She believes all associates are worthy of investing in themselves and getting the training they deserve on how to build a book of business.
