Laurel Kilgour is an attorney at Comar Mollé LLP, a boutique law firm based in California and New York. She represents startups and investors in a variety of corporate transactions. She also provides strategic counseling on employment and compliance matters and is a certified privacy professional (CIPP/E and CIPP/US). She began her career at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she counseled clients on technology transactions and litigated high-stakes intellectual property, trade secret, and commercial disputes. She has also taught courses on topics ranging from practice skills to policy issues.
