About The Lecturer
Jenny Zhang is a senior associate in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property Litigation practice and is a member of the firm’s Life Sciences Disputes group. She focuses her practice on patent litigation across a wide range of technologies and advises clients in developing and executing litigation strategy across multiple forums. She maintains an active pro bono practice.
Ms. Zhang has served as a judicial law clerk in two federal courts, first with the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and later with the Honorable Jimmie V. Reyna of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Outside her litigation practice, Ms. Zhang is a Professorial Lecturer in Law at the George Washington University, teaching scholarly writing to members of the Federal Circuit Bar Journal.
