Established bankruptcy/insolvency/corporate finance practice after serving as clerk to Honorable Vincent J. Commisa, Chief Judge, United States Bankruptcy Court – District of New Jersey, and working at major New York law firms.
Now a solo practitioner with an emphasis in bankruptcy/insolvency and business restructuring, representing public and private clients on corporate financing, real estate transaction, and litigation matters; chapter 11 and 7 trustees. Also retained as special counsel for prosecuting avoidance actions on major chapter 11 cases and regularly represents purchasers of assets in bankruptcy cases.
