Crafting Success: Drafting and Reviewing Licensing Agreements
About This Course
Many attorneys will counsel their clients regarding licensing agreements at some point during their career. Therefore, understanding how to write and assist a client through the process is a valuable skill for any attorney to have. This program will show attorneys how to properly prepare for, draft, and review licensing agreements. A focus on seeking and prioritizing the client’s goals, strengths, and weaknesses will be emphasized, as well as the necessary, unnecessary, and sometimes necessary sections needed in licenses. Finally, this program will discuss how to counsel clients through a license review and the end of that process.
This program is open to all attorneys of all levels.
