For attorneys intending to open a law practice or who currently have one, beginning and managing it can be daunting. This program will help you tackle the when, why, and how of managing that practice ethically and efficiently.
Managing your practice impacts your income, energy, availability, and growth. Effective management affects everything from case management to client relationships, finances, professional conduct, and regulatory compliance. After taking this course, attorneys will leave with an understanding of the ethical obligations before and after launching a law practice and the nuts and bolts of effectively managing it once it is launched.
This course is intended for attorneys of all levels who are either considering launching their practice or who have recently launched their practice.
