About This Course
As your legal practice evolves and grows with more clients, it is important, and rather necessary, to implement efficient and effective office management systems so you may best serve your clients and maintain a healthy work and life balance. Attend this program and learn the best practices on how to: automate, and also personalize, your client intake; process a case through your office and utilize staff time; create and maintain boundaries to better serve your clients and yourself; use technology within your office systems; create forms; and establish roles within the office and end the attorney/client relationship.
