This Course
This Ethics program is designed to assist the practicing attorney in meeting and complying with the Ethics rules and best practices. The goal is to help attorneys from all practice fields and levels of experience avoid unnecessary disciplinary and legal malpractice problems. Discussions will include tips and best practices when starting relationships with new clients, avoiding conflicts of interest, and malpractice litigation.
