In this deep dive discussion of purchase and sale agreements, our speakers will be playing the roles of buyers and sellers and acting out the real-world scenarios to see how both sides review and counter each other in the midst of deal negotiations. The speakers will cover some key points, including describing property and property due diligence, representations, warranties, survival of liability, limitation of liability, covenants, and remedies.
This course is suitable for outside counsel and in-house attorneys responsible for drafting, reviewing, and/or negotiating contract terms.
