About This Course
The law is about the facts, but when it comes to trials, human objectivity is going to be involved. Being aware of the psychology behind witness preparation can allow attorneys to capitalize on the humanistic nature of the courtroom without tampering with the facts or truth.
This course aims to provide attorneys with an understanding of the importance of witness testimony and a grasp on the difference between preparing witnesses for depositions versus trials.
In regards to trial preparation, this course discusses various witness preparation strategies and tips and what practices such preparations fall in within the law. This course also discusses the various challenges presented to attorneys when preparing a witness and how to overcome those issues.
