About This Course
This course combines the fundamentals of class action lawsuits and some of the most noteworthy class action suits in recent history. The program will also detail the guiding philosophical principles behind class action lawsuits regarding accountability, efficiency, and risk management.
Attorneys from all levels of practice who are interested in advancing their practice skills in class action lawsuits are encouraged to attend this program.

Brenda Seibert is an Assistant Professor in the Business and Innovation Department and Learning Resources Department. In 2020, she was awarded the Bucks County Community College “Above and Beyond Award.” She also serves as Program Director of the Bucks County Community College Paralegal Program and Paralegal Program Coordinator. Her course concentration includes Torts, Civil Litigation, Business Law, and Insurance and Risk Management. As an attorney, she represented major department stores, national drugstore chains, and manufacturers of large-scale construction equipment.
