Finding, retaining, using, and examining expert witnesses can be challenging. Many cases rely heavily on expert testimony, so finding the right experts and preparing them well can be the difference between success and failure. This course is an introduction to finding and working with experts, writing expert reports, and getting experts ready for deposition and trial.

Litigators who may work with experts in evaluating or presenting their cases and in-house counsel who are involved in or supervise litigation will find this course of interest, though all are encouraged to attend.
