About This Course
Mediation is an excellent strategy for clients seeking a neutral form of conflict resolution. This alternative dispute resolution technique is a middle ground between negotiation and litigation.
Attendees will learn the advantages of mediation, discuss relevant case studies, and understand the different types of mediation. This course illuminates the procedural aspects of mediation and how mediation may go awry and fail to reach a settlement agreement.
