About This Course
This course addresses the unique skills necessary to complete a voir dire under immense time pressure. Attorneys will learn how to effectively prosecute a plaintiff’s case during a Summary Jury Trial. Specific areas discussed are the types of jury selection, nudging your case, and the direct and cross examinations of clients and doctors.
Attorneys of all levels seeking to further their knowledge of summary jury trials and voir dire are encouraged to attend this course.

- Describe the advantages of Summary Jury Trials
- Explain the White and Struck methods of jury selection
- List questions an attorney should ask jurors “in box.”
- Delineate unique tactics one may use in summary jury trials
