This course teaches skills required for all types of law practice, including issue spotting and effective legal research, factual investigation, legal analysis, and legal writing.

The course uses real examples to guide attorneys through the process of finding legal sources, gathering facts, interviewing witnesses, analyzing the facts, and formulating legal conclusions. Great client communication is a must and can make or break your reputation and relationship with the client. Whether you are in-taking a new client, providing a status update, or sending a monthly bill, you are representing yourself and your firm each time you communicate with a client.

The course is designed for attorneys who are at the beginning and intermediate levels of law practice.
