Navigating Cross-Border Investigations

This course will provide legal practitioners an overview of the core aspects of both offensive and defensive trade secrets investigations concerning activities, actors, and entities within and outside of the United States.

Trade secrets investigations with international components touch on a variety of complex domestic and foreign legal issues, sometimes both civil and criminal in nature.
