Attorneys have a responsibility to ensure that their most vulnerable clients—elders and children—are protected. Obtaining a full understanding of mandatory abuse reporting can help keep thousands of individuals safe. In this course, attorneys learn about their obligations for reporting, specific federal and state laws, Child Protective Services, Adult Protective Services, and different definitions of abuse.

Attorneys of all levels are encouraged to attend this course to improve their understanding of abuse reporting obligations.
