This Course
Attend and learn what attorneys can do to best help their clients resolve expensive lawsuits through successful mediation. Attorneys will learn about mediator selection, preparing clients for mediation, and the keys to maximizing the ability to settle cases on the best terms possible.
This program is an introductory course for attorneys who do not have extensive alternative dispute resolution experience. Attorneys will leave this course with a complete understanding of the mediation process.
