About This Course
In this course, Christopher O'Donnell shares his legal expertise regarding professional legal ethics. He shares personal and well-known anecdotes along with laws and statutes to make the course both captivating and educational.
The course explains ABA Model Rule 3.5 and 1.3 in a comprehensive fashion while remaining relevant to modern examples.
