Icon About This Course

Since globalization took a hit during the pandemic and the global supply chain was shown to be fragile, the benefits of a diversified import and export supply chain to the right American businesses are undeniable. It is very much in the interests of corporate attorneys and business executives to understand the basic principles on which the movement of people, materials, and products rest.

In this course, we will explore the basic principles and some of the challenges which allow and promote the movement of people, materials, and products across national borders. We will also explore basic customs principles, logistics challenges, the effects of government policy on the supply chain, and explore general procedural matters.

Corporate attorneys with varying experience levels will greatly benefit from attending this program.
