About This Course
In this course, Andrew Tallmer provides an overview and discussion on the Supreme Court Criminal cases, using anecdotal and paramount case law to underscore each topic.
The discussion includes, but is not limited to relevant topics such as warrantless searches, emergency searches, interrogations, and rights of consent, delving into each subject with poise and intelligence. He goes on to discuss a number of notable cases, exploring a comprehensive analysis of each one and its outcomes. Moreover, he presents other cases of interest, such as police civil liability, ineffective assistance of counsel, the First Amendment and sex offender registrations, pretrial detention, and jury selection challenges.
