About This Course
The First Amendment protects many forms of expression, including the right to free speech and the right to participate in demonstrations, such as protests. This course will provide an overview of the laws surrounding the right to protest, main groups across the United States, and the types of law enforcement responses. Mr. Tallmer will review major case law over the years and will explain if and when the First Amendment of the Constitution was violated. This is a relevant and informative class for any attorney.
