About This Course
In this interactive course, Mr. Wrenn will analyze the cultural evolution of societal views on sexual conduct since the mid-20th Century to the present. He will begin this course by discussing legal ethics standards regarding sexual conduct between a lawyer and a client. Moreover, Mr. Wrenn will define the Governmental regulation of legal ethics standards and the attorney-client privacy, confidentiality, and privilege.
Mr. Wrenn will review the explicit standards as opposed to the general standards, gender neutrality, and evidentiary standards. Finally, Mr. Wrenn will conclude this course by discussing sexual harassment and sexual misconduct within the legal profession.
