About This Course

It will compare topics such as attorney-client relationship, confidentiality and privilege, attorney work-product, rules of evidence, privacy, and security during the “analogue era” and the “digital age.” The course material provides detailed lists of important definitions, acronyms, and abbreviations related to these topics. This course will also examine the new ethical questions that arise as a result of these technological changes and refer to various ABA model rules, as well as other rules and standards, to illustrate these ethical questions.
