About This Course
As companies work to create more inclusive workplaces, many businesses have become more accommodating to assist with the transition of women returning to the workplace while nursing. Breastfeeding accommodation laws have become more specific over the last few years, and in this course, Ms. Fayerberg will take an in-depth look into pregnancy and breastfeeding antidiscrimination and accommodation laws. She will provide a complete understanding of the Pregnancy Discrimination Act (PDA) and the types of employers that must adhere to it. Ms. Fayerberg concludes this course with a discussion of the constitutional concepts that are considered when dealing with government entities on a state or local level.
