About This Course
The development and implementation of legal ethics have changed and evolved over the years. In this course, Mr. O'Donnell discusses attorneys' fees and the process from a historical perspective and how it has developed from one era to the next. Mr. O'Donnell goes over an attorney's duties to clients, the courts, and the public, emphasizing charging and collecting attorneys' fees and the ethical limits abound. Furthermore, he will discuss the evolutionary history of legal-fee standards.
