About This Course
In this informative course about misconduct, discipline, and representation, Mr. O'Donnell will begin by explaining when and how attorneys can provide competent representation to a client. He will explain how Model Rule 1.1 requires a lawyer to know the ethics rules and take reasonable steps to comply with their duties. The Role of "Phony Counsel" in immigration practice and the unique issues confronting immigration lawyers are addressed.
