About This Course
In this informative course about eliminating cultural bias, prejudice, and racism in the practice of law; Mr. Schreiber will begin by defining what prejudice, discrimination, and racism are and the underlying commonalities between all three. He continues this course by explaining the three main types of biases: information, confounding, and selection bias. Furthermore, Mr. Schreiber will discuss the five main unconscious biases in law and the practical working tools. Lastly, he concludes this course by looking at the five-step process for reducing bias.
