In this program, Brenda Seibert will guide New Jersey attorneys through key strategies for maximizing productivity by leveraging technology to enhance time management and streamline law practice operations. Participants will learn five highly effective time management techniques, including prioritization, task batching, delegation, and methods for eliminating distractions and leveraging legal tech tools.

This program will also review various law firm management systems designed to optimize time and project management and introduce AI's growing role in e-discovery. Attorneys will leave with practical knowledge of using new legal research databases and selecting software systems to improve efficiency and client service—all while balancing a demanding workload with healthier work-life integration.

This course is designed for New Jersey attorneys at all stages of their careers, including newly admitted attorneys, who want to optimize their time, improve productivity, and effectively manage their law practices. Brenda Seibert is an Assistant Professor in the Business and Innovation Department and Learning Resources Department. In 2020, she was awarded the Bucks County Community College “Above and Beyond Award.” She also serves as Program Director of the Bucks County Community College Paralegal Program and Paralegal Program Coordinator. Her course concentration includes Torts, Civil Litigation, Business Law, and Insurance and Risk Management. As an attorney, she represented major department stores, national drugstore chains, and manufacturers of large-scale construction equipment.
