In-house counsel roles are not one size fits all. Company type, industry, culture, leadership, and many other considerations define the role—and these often change quickly due to business needs and market forces. This course will provide insight into the day to day experience of in house counsel in a variety of organizations and provide strategies for success as attorneys navigate the rapidly changing demands and constraints that in house counsel face. Whether it’s moving faster to get results, assessing & helping to mitigate risk, managing data, doing more with less, or leveraging technology and other resources effectively, attendees will have a fresh perspective on how to provide value in the fast moving business environment.
This program is intended for attorneys at all levels who are currently in house or considering a transition. It will also benefit outside counsel, as the course will provide insight into the dynamic and varied influences and drivers behind in-house lawyers’ objectives and responsibilities.
