With more and more companies and parties opting to use arbitration over the state and federal courts for adjudicating disputes, litigators need to know how to excel in the private arbitral forum and the traditional courtroom. Attendees will learn the ins and outs of preparing for and best performing during a final arbitration hearing and what attorneys should know about post-final hearing proceedings.
The course is designed for litigation attorneys and attorneys who advise their clients on the pros and cons of arbitration versus state and federal court proceedings.
