Icon About This Course

Attorneys regularly experience stress in their day-to-day work. This is only increased by added pressures when closing a deal, going to trial, or meeting filing deadlines. Attorneys often turn to food, alcohol, drugs, or other unhealthy habits to manage stress and may also let go of otherwise healthy habits when deadlines are looming.

How attorneys manage stress and well-being impacts energy, availability, cognition, and focus. This stress affects all aspects of law practice, from case management to the attorney-client relationship, law practice management, and even malpractice or compliance issues.

This program provides the science behind managing stress and well-being and tools that attorneys can implement immediately to improve well-being.
