About This Course
Attorneys are busy, have demanding schedules, and work long hours. That is
why mindfulness and self-care are crucial to avoid legal burnout, substance
abuse, continue to perform legal services competently, and remain ethically
compliant.
In this course, experts Ms. Sharp and Ms. Howlett explore the role of
mindfulness in professional and ethical competency and provide the practical
techniques necessary to reduce stress and boost mental clarity. Furthermore,
they will explore what working during challenging times and times of crisis
feels like, defining the best tools to manage it, cultivate a practice that includes
mindfulness and self-care, and explore how to avoid professional and ethical
issues.
