Icon About This Course

In this course, Dr. Artika R. Tyner describes leadership within the legal profession as diverse, interesting, and applied to the legal profession in a way that expresses the importance of being a leader and how the role for legal professionals requires responsibility and adaptability.

Leadership is not defined solely by a given legal position or even the power you hold as an attorney; rather, it is a growth process and dedication to what legal professionals are passionate about. Another important aspect of leadership, specifically in the legal field, is learning how to collaborate and use your influence over others for good. For example, with Pro Bono undertakings, lawyers can aid their community through leadership and their personal passions.

Dr. Tyner successfully delineates how each lawyer can grow to be a true leader in their professional and personal lives.
