Legal Misconduct and Ethics for Attorneys
About This Course
This course aims to educate attorneys about the essential ABA Model Rules of
Professional Conduct, enabling them to develop a thorough understanding of legal ethics. Through the program, attorneys will be presented with illustrative case studies, reinforcing their grasp of the fundamental principles governing ethical conduct in the legal profession. Key topics covered include the autonomy of lawyers, the prohibition of unauthorized practice of law, instances of misconduct, and the unique obligations of prosecutors.
Attorneys at all stages of their careers are strongly encouraged to participate in this course, as it will enhance their comprehension of ethical standards and professional misconduct.
