As AI adoption proliferates, practitioners and organizations must remain abreast of the rapidly developing regulatory and legislative landscape globally. Attendees of this program will learn about different types of AI used in the workplace, such as predictive and generative, as well as the differences between supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Key potential risks associated with AI integration will also be discussed, as well as frameworks and standards for AI governance. Specifically, the course will discuss EEOC guidance and the EU AI Act. Finally, attendees will explore best practices for risk mitigation, such as how to craft policies, processes, and procedures.

All attorneys interested in the impact of AI in the workplace are welcome to attend this program.
